This is totally unacceptable. And I do believe the Governor will be appaled and disgusted to see this.
Is there no local Government Chairman of the LG or councillor responsible for that area. Look, its time we start tasking these guys. We are not going to be waiting for the Governor to come down and do the job a LG Chairman should be doing.



Teachers/schools…I believe, are exclusive preserve of local governments? Meanwhile some LG Chairmen are busy building hotels and mansions while others are marrying their 6th wife as 48years birthday present for themselves.
